Agreement and provider

Sangati: Tabla Tanpura Riyaz is provided by Atul Pandey. By downloading or using Sangati, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple's agreement controls if these supplementary terms conflict with it.

Licence to use Sangati

Sangati is licensed, not sold, for personal music practice on eligible Apple devices associated with your Apple Account. Your licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and subject to Apple's usage rules.

Free access and Lifetime Pro

The Free tier includes the practice features identified inside the app. Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase tied to your Apple Account. It does not expire and is not a subscription.

The App Store always shows your local one-time price before purchase. Apple processes payment, taxes, refunds and regional availability under its own terms. Restore Purchases can recover an eligible purchase on a device signed into the same Apple Account.

Features may evolve to keep Sangati compatible, safe and musically accurate. A Lifetime Pro purchase grants access to the Pro features offered for this product; it does not promise unrelated future products or external services.

Your recordings

You retain responsibility for what you record, export and share. Sangati does not claim ownership of your performances. Do not record or distribute material unless you have permission to use it.

Audio and video recordings are stored locally. You are responsible for exporting any take you want to keep before deleting the app, erasing the device or changing devices.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Sangati unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
• Bypass purchase controls or interfere with purchase validation.
• Extract, copy, sell or redistribute Sangati's embedded audio assets, except where an applicable third-party licence shown in Audio Credits permits it.
• Reverse engineer or modify the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Disrupt the app, its supporting purchase services or another user's device.

Third-party material

Some bundled recordings are used under open licences. Their creators, source links, licence versions and modification notes appear in Sangati's Audio Credits. Those materials remain subject to their respective licences. No endorsement by a credited creator is implied.

Audio and device safety

Keep playback at a safe listening level. Audio timing, latency and routing can vary with device hardware, Bluetooth accessories, AirPlay, microphones and operating-system changes. Stop using a route or accessory if it behaves unexpectedly.

Availability and responsibility

Sangati is provided under the warranty, disclaimer and liability provisions in Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and applicable law. We work to keep the app accurate and available, but uninterrupted operation, perfect pitch detection and compatibility with every accessory cannot be guaranteed.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated when Sangati's features, legal obligations or distribution arrangements change. The Last updated date will show the current version. Your right to use Sangati may end if you materially breach these terms, subject to Apple's agreement and applicable law.
